Public Schools: Arlington Community Schools is one Tennessee’s 12 exemplary schools for performance and test scores. ACS is comprised of four schools: Arlington Elementary School, Donelson Elementary School, Arlington Middle School, and Arlington High School.
Colleges and Universities: Southwest Tennessee Community Collegeʼs Macon Campus is located less than 15 minutes from Arlington. Southwest is the largest community college in the State of Tennessee with nearly 10,000 students. They offer classes in Computer Science, Programming and other Information Technology majors. They have partnered with Artesian Schools to create a dual enrollment program in IT-related fields. High school students will be able to earn a diploma and an Associate’s degree in Computer Science simultaneously.
